I had bought a new ezgo gas cart 2 years back from them...it had run super till it started cutting off for no reason....I took it in because they were backed up....when I picked it back up, supposedly fixed...not...I called Kevin in service and he made 2 trips to my house to figure out the issue, then had his guys pick it up and returned it 2 days later with a new speed controller with a very minimal charge. Its run great since. Fingers crossed

This will be our 4th year using Carolina Golf Cars. We host the largest youth rugby tournament in the country Carolina Ruggerfest in March each year at the SportsPlex in Matthews. Carolina Golf Cars provides UTV's for our staff to be able to provide water and ice to all fields during the tournament weekend and for other necessary functions. Carolina Golf Carts SAVED the day for us We had to make a last minute pivot that required we rent 5 golf carts with only a couple days notice. Initially CGC said they did not have the ability to deliver carts, after we tried all we could do to pick them up we thought all hope was gone. After telling Chloe we wouldn't be able to pick them up she figured out a way to take care of us and get us golf carts delivered Had it not been for her effort and things unseen, our event would not have gone anywhere close to the way it did. CGC will continue to be our preferred vendor of choice for golf cart rentals

I had bought a used Club Car Precedent from another dealer closer to where we were using it. I found Carolina Golf Cars to service my cart and purchase parts. I fancy myself as a competent mechanic and needed just a little direction. Matt got on the phone with me and from that I determined that several of my batteries were in need of replacement. I replaced 2 with the knowledge that I would replace the other 4 within the month.I took my cart in for a once over to check that everything was in working order and to replace the final 4 batteries. At the same time I needed them to adjust the speed setting. I dropped it off on a Thursday with the hope of it being done the following Wednesday for a trip to the beach. No expectations due the stated 5 day backlog of work. I called and spoke to Kevin and he indicated that it wasn't likely that it would be ready. Much to my delight I did get a call on that Wednesday in time to pick up my cart and take it to the beach. Kevin was most courteous and showed great compassion for me to have my cart for the weekend. I spoke to Matt to arrange the drop off and scope of work and he had written everything down. The experience was a joy from the first phone call to pick up.
